It can be found in T3 Office.

The 2.1 version is online! You can now use the 2 colors in the same city. It's easy, replace the precedent file with the new!

It's the final version of the Wayne Tower.
Include L3 & L4, new glass, new color and new self-illuminated view.
L1 & L2: 3.336 triangles
L3: 1.163 triangles
L4: 148 triangles
Replace the first version with one of the V2. Useless to destroy her.
