CXL Platinum Cannot start the game

    I cannot start the game xl platinum version. My pc is windows 10. Before it ran ok. But yesterday when I tried to start the game, it said my serial number does not valid. How can I fix the problem? by the way, I bought the game from the store on cd. thanks for any help.
