    I'm hoping that Pitty comes out of retirement and gives us back RHW. To me, its just essential. Tried the CXL version and it crashes CXXL

    it's not working for me... start the game and it freezes at the start with the mouse logo like it loading

    All mods located in the special/custom tabs can not work because the tabs have been deleted. In my side for the moment I've test with success this mods (CXXL Community Mod and dependencies pack installed from the workshop) :

    - Harborxl pack 1.4 (I've test only the main file for the plaza)
    - Highways Allow Intersections
    - "5 cobblestone plazas" and "5 Decorative Plazas" by Signum_Temporis (for me the Mosaic version crash)
    - Pharmist 6 LANE ROAD (the 8 Lane crash for me)

    Have fun...

    Some of them do. If there isn't an icon for something on the Community Mod -- like ped paths, RHW, unlimited construction -- you can be pretty darn sure that a mod that was found under those buttons isn't going to work in the game.

    Let's give folks with the know-how a bit of time to work their magic. There is plenty to explore in CXXL while we wait. And don't forget that all those cxl magicians volunteer their time and knowledge to do this stuff.


    EDIT: looks like PloP beat me to the punch. Some other mods that do work for sure are:
    lex's total greenery mod, airtortilla's new W2W pak, PJC's One Boulder Plaza, Monty's Urban Embelishment Pack 3, the japanese housing, atyotyotyo small houses for unskilled workers.

    Do we install the new UIM by placing it in the paks folder? It won't edit the tags.cfg that way, I think

    I hope there will be a tool that checks compatibility of multiple patch files with XXL. On road parking mod (one of the essentials for me) and many others work like a charm but have to check them in a very unpractical way.

    Is the MSCUSTOM Toggle Button the button that allows you to switch back and forth between individual placement and zoning? When I am playing the game that button will disappear and I am stuck with which ever selection I am using at the moment. It seems to disappear after I go into the 'beautification' menu/folder.

    yeah i noticed the toggle individual button also disappears when you go into decorations menu. hopefully that can be fixed?

    It's already fixed, Maybe you need to get the latest v1.7 file, I had to keep the name the same for the stupid ucg thing.

    ah yeah I just noticed it was two days old so manually deleted and unscribed/subscribed again, seem to have fixed that toggle issue- thanks

    I've tried a few building mods and due to the MSOVERWATER tag they crash. I did an edit of Monty's Mississauga Homes and removed the OWP files and rebuilt it and it works fine. I use those little houses a lot in my cities.
