Cities XXL Game crashed before it began

    My Cities XXL originally functioned normally before, but it could not be switched on since yesterday. It seems to start normally, with a rectangular box in the center of screen. However, after about 20 seconds, the box disappears and there is a "crash" mdmp file named "citiesxxl_5530403_crash_2016_11_21T14_58_13C0" when game crashed yesterday. This is my log file:

    So what is the problem? How can I solve it?

    Tried, and all my files successfully validated, but game cannot be started. I can open most of my games in steam but I cannot open XXL! What's the problem?
