    Hi i made a new building but in 3ds its all good but in viewer i see strange things (see pics), do anyone else ever have this problem? or a solution maybe

    You might try

    1/ Making sure the correct shader is selected ie building etc from the Extended parameters section of the material
    2/ Make sure there are no overlapping vertices by using Xview from the Views menu.
    3/ Add a placeholder ( all blue) bump map to the model. Not sure why this works but it does sometimes
    4/ Select the front faces and add them to their own smoothing group
    5/ Try Reset Xform on the entire model
