    I glad its not just me... if we could know exactly what file to open would be great... I'm assuming that its checkpoint.cxl.

    SOLVED... I changed the name of a city by using this method... The tutorial is little confusing for someone not familiar with navigating Windows and Cities XL Folders, but it does work
