Cities XXL How to connect both strands of RHM to "intercity"?

    Hi, I have encountered a problem. I cannot connect both strands of RHM to intercity and I have to first connect a road to intercity and then connect RHM into it, but sadly, a traffic light forms whenever I tried to connect RHM to a city road.
    And solutions?
