Cities XXL How to get out of a loop

    Hi! Aspire here!

    while developing one of my cities (2.26 million people) i got stuck in a loop...
    basically the entire city economy fell, and Industry won't move in until Offices move in, and Offices won't move in until Industry moves in.. I'm loosing almost 1mil a turn, any tips?

    my first thought would be to check/increase "Transportation Capacity" and start/increase "Trade" in one or the other.

    Deficits between industry and office are more or less shared equally. That means more of ones in deficit fail than are necessary resulting in a deficit on the other side resulting in a cascade of alternating failures. One solution is to use the office or industry cheat buildings to get restarted. As the balance is restored the cheats can be removed.

    buy from omnicorp or from another city. and if i remember correctly small office don't need industry.
