    NOZAC tag (does not allow custom lot size buildings to grow) does not work in CXXL. Can't do much about it. My advice: don't use zoning, and plop buildings individually.

    If I were you, then I would individually place buildings. It takes a little bit longer at first, but you do not have to keep deleting and moving buildings to where you would like them. You can make your city look more natural that way, anyway.
