    can you teach me how to make inter city links on that kind of map? when i start to play i only have roads, some forum say i should put a harbor. But where to look?

    The harbour is in the intercity menu. It's a bit expensive to build so it's a good idea to plop down a harbour then use the money cheat to top up your funds.

    Once you place the harbour you will need to connect that to the edge of the map like you do with roads but with waterways.
