Leisure Bar Graph

    All the homes show green for leisure satisfaction but the bar graph for leisure says I have 0.7 with a demand of 10.5.
    I have added more big leisure buildings but the 0.7 never changes.
    Game bug or am I missing something?

    game bug. leisure works well, but that graph bar always turn to red.
