    why dont some mods show up in the game?

    You may need the expert mode box ticked in the options.

    You could try the Full Unlock in the cheat menu.

    also if I remember right I had to give up 1 or 2 mods I really liked when I went to UIM .7.9 so maybe the ones missing are incompat with the latest UIM?
