Must Have Mods?

    Howdy All.

    I am new to Cities XL.

    There are so many mods to go through, it can be quite messy.

    Just wondering what the must have mods are?

    Dependency mods are a great start, Also make sure you put them in the right files

    Got all those, and by put them in right files you mean the PAK folder?

    There always is a description where to put the mods,
    just read it. And if not, then it goes into the mods folder.
