New city underway, Port Lich

    After making a city on the inlet map for the competition, I decided to give the map another whirl but this time without the pressure of time.

    Called it Port Lich and will try to cover the whole map this time.

    No RHM at the moment as I need a bit of practice using it. I may try to do a little bit in Port Lich later.

    Not a lot to show at the moment but here's a couple of screens where I've been getting carried away with detail.

    Looks very promising :) I also thought about building another city there... but then again, there are so many other great maps ^^

    I'm looking forward to see your results with RHM ;)

    Thanks :) I have a few cities going on my own maps but as usual I get distracted by new maps that come out and start another city LOL.
    The Inlet is an enjoyable map to build on. Pity we can't tunnel on the flatter areas though.

    Look Kipate! An airport! Well the start of one at least. Bit of an experiment as I have not completed one yet.

    Very well done! With all the concourses spread all over the place it reminds me on some of New Zealands grown airports! Very realistic, too. But you will need some more taxiways leading to the runway and especially the area close to the end/start of it ; but well, you said it was under constuction ;) :)
