    Having this issue with your plazas
    all of them are white
    am I doing something wrong or place the .patch in the wrong place?
    I have it in a sub-folder btw
    I'll try putting it in the Mods folder and see if the problem persists

    Indeed, in my version Cities XL 2012, same problem,
    But no problem on Cities XXL
    Bizarre as that there are differences between the XL version and XXL,
    I will do one or two tests to understand the problem.

    Quite another thing,
    I can see on the picture that you have a route mod that is not compatible with the mod "USA Road Pack - XXL 1.3"
    This does not allow you to take full advantage of the "USA Road Pack - XXL 1.3"

    Be careful, by removing it from your mod folder you may no longer be able to
    Restart your city

    Yes, I believe I tried that once and had that problem and had to place the RAM back in because I didn't feel like losing my city
    I will just remove it for any new cities I make...

    Yes, I think it can be done on each mod of "plaza"
    The transparency of certain "plaza" can be interesting for an additional color effect.
    I am thinking in particular of forest-type "plazas".
    By changing the
    Code:
    <NormalMapIntensity> 0.001 </NormalMapIntensity>
    value we can get nice and completely realistic effects.
