Very good city! Of course, there are some weaknesses, but little weaknesses are existent in any other city as well.

First of all, I would say that you wanted to much of everything within this city. Luckily, you managed to keep up with your wishes at large parts, but I will ask you nonetheless:
    1) Why does a rather small city need a CBD with its own monorail?
    2) Why do the buildings need to be that tall?
    3) Why does the naval base need 3 aircraft carriers? 3?
I know that you said that the city had become an important trading point within the Gulf of Gandha, but this looks quite ambitious, if not megalomaniac ;)

Also, some sites are looking quite unrealistic, to be honest. For instance, the runway is too short for large civil airplanes (we both know that it is not 2,500 metres long). Should be longer, and even then, I would say that a Boeing 737 was the largest plane to land and take-off there. The mountain in the back makes it also almost impossible to take-off into or land from this direction, could have been lowered. The same holds for the airforce base.

At last for now, try to build single-handedly, and maybe do not zone hat often. You can create more consistent looking districts this way, which will look more realistic and also mostly better,,as you do choose the buildings ;)

What I do like is the RHM network: it was clearly planned on a macroscale, and you do have awesome junctions and exits. Especially the smoothness is impressive, it is a feature that many other journals here do lack. There, you can often see the white parts showing, that is terrible. You did lots better. One recommendation: when you do use RHM bridges, put them from exit to next exit, this way, you will avoid the transitions between bridge and normal parts, looks a bit better :)

Your coastline is also quite beatifully decorated. I love the way you embellished the area next to the container terminal. And one can see that you have an eye for perspective seeing how you built some monuments in line with the coastal features. Good job there!

So, of course, that alone probably doesn't justify a five stars rating, but the nice little stories you put in there do so. It seems a bit like some modern and richer version of India, with Satama playing the role of Pakistan :D
But still nice to read :)

Well thanks for this review, i always welcome suggestions, and this is my first CJ, so not perfect.
Yes its inspired from Indian history somewhat, and I am Indian, myself, from Kolkata
    1) What does CBD mean? The monorail was exaggerated i felt so , but still provided it since is a international tourist hub with Casinos and all
    2) I tried to prove that real estate hosing complexes were making a move into the city, however can you suggest what other alternatives could have been provided?
    3) The naval base has just 1 aircraft career docked there, not 3 :p The country has 4 in total i mentioned in the CJ
    4) Yes the runway is really short, i accept it, its not suitable for bigger planes. Its an important suggestion, thanks :) The clearance for mountains i felt was enough because i found A320s and A340s can land in similar situations around the world, exceptions are there, however surely not 737, mistake there again
    5) The zoning is a problem which i cant resolve, even if i am trying hard not to make it monotonic, i end up zoning
Thanks for the suggestions kipate (y)

Ah, you are right, one aircraft carrier and three frigates (or well, smaller warships), my bad, sorry...

CBD is short for Central Business District, areas where the big companies have their offices.
You know Nariman Point and Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai/Bombay? That are CBDs.
Or Lower Manhattan in New York City.

To me, your city looks a bit like Macao. Macao has a smaller area with 30 square kilometres. Your city has a land area of maybe just 40 square kilometres.

My point is that Macao's expansion has been planned probably in quite an efficient way, if you look at the map:
The airport's runway lies parallel to the the island, so there is not too much noise the people could suffer from.
Also, Macao does not have anything, there is no naval base, no airforce base. My point is that a small area city most likely cannot have anything. Also, many things in your city would have made more sense to me:
An own power plant to guarantee that the economy can run 24/7 (Macao does have one ;) ), more leisure activities for people, e.g. some kind of Disneyland. Think about that people will need to fly away to the mainland to have such leisure activities in your city. It is the little things that makes a city attractive, and if you want your city to be a magnet that attratcs people, you will give them the possibilities to enjoy and live. That is hard to achieve on an island, I agree.

Corrected that mistake, when people want to enjoy leisure, they will need to leave your city. Dot.
And don't take it too harsh, that are just minor points ;)

Well i planned the CBD as it is part of group of islands, and all those islands needs a central legislative building, i considered these groups as a complete state of Roka Isalnds, the CBD forms the business hub of all islands.
and about the leisure you are right, but there was some lack of space, and the space available was near the polluted zone, so rather decided to leave it as water activities or mountain top jouneys or may be some other islands
