Cities XXL Scrolling in Bus window not possible

Please be kind, but I simply seem to be too stupid to find the solution. I have 10 Bus Lines but I only see 6 of them and I'm not able to move the scroll bar at the side of the bus transport window to make adjustments, which is getting annoying. What can i do?

Have you tried clicking below the button on the scroll bar to see if it jumps down the list?
Also try dragging the scroll bar button.
I can't quite remember what it looks like as I have not made a list big enough to have to scroll.

Thanks for the reply! No I found out what the problem was: The scrollbar is the black one!
