    I really want to build small island, but there's no owp in cxxl right?

    You have created some beautiful islands that look like resort islands. I would not built bridges, but I saw that you like to use RHM so I recommended you to use a single bridge (black line) that connects all the islands and to highlight the image of the resort island.

    I didn't play on cxxl and I don't know if you can build the harbor on the water but I think you can build islands with plaza.

    When I recommended you to build the islands I was thinking of making a cruise trip from paris island as in this picture
