Size of maps?!

    hi,
    plz forgive me if my question were exist in forum,
    and sry for my bad grammar

    can i make a city larger? 10*10 km is too small?

    in map maker can i build (for example) 30*30 km map?

    I heard that skyline's maximum map is 36 square km and with mod 100 square km, that is equal to cities xl!
