    Hey, guys! I have some news.

    Good news, the Steam version of Cities XXL has workshop!

    Bad news, the game is the same and, unless you want to buy it for mods, should not buy it!

    so then non steam version are available ?
    I'm not a gamer and don't know how steam works, do we need to connect to steam just only to play steam version game ?

    there is only a steam version available, so: yes you need to connect to steam

    Unless you live under a rock, I'd hardly call this "news".

    And while you're entitled to your opinion, the game isn't the "same"; there are some pretty obvious changes.
