Cities XXL Tags.cfg file, anyone?

    Hello, my Cities XXL started to crash after running while ago...It all started when I downloaded some mod with rails that replaced the tags.cfg file. I deleted this file from my folder, but it's still the same, so I'm wondering that this replaced tags.cfg file is causing this problem. So, I was wondering, could someone send me this file, or maybe anyone has some other idea?

    And before anyone asks - yes, it crashes while starting the game, not when I'm loading a city.

    dont use a mod which is not compatible to xxl :p
    you dont need a tags.cfg for xxl, its included in community mod, so just remove this file and the mod
