    Why Office? How about leisure where needed more.

    A good mod of an interesting building although as Skater27 asked back in 2014, why is it in Office when it would be better in Leisure.
    As can be seen in the screenshot, CXXL describes it as "Naval and aerial engineering" - I can't remember if it had the same incorrect description when I was using it in Cities XL Platinum.
