    Increase Population Slightly (cxl2011)

    This mod increases population slightly as it houses more workers in residential buildings. The mod covers all skill levels.

    This is the scheme:

    Density ... Old ... New
    ------------------------------
    Low .......... 1 ......... 1
    Med .......... 3 ......... 4
    High ......... 6 ......... 7

    * Basically this mod changes residential buildings max citizens value of medium and high density. Low density buildings are left untouched.

    * The default scheme in CXL2011 is 1/3/6, but there are some variations as a few medium density residential buildings has low density value - sometimes R3 and R4 like to live a bit more spacious than R1 & R2. These are left untouched.

    * The very core of this mod is simple: Where a residential building max citizens value is 1 it is left to 1, where the value is 3 it is changed to 4 and where the value is 6 it is changed to 7.

    * The new population figure is based on your residential zoning density palette. Expect home filling rate to drop 10-30% after installing the mod. However these are highly dependent on your densities and existing population, if not a new city. The time that it takes for the engine to count the new population figure is dependent much on your system specs.

    * The mod increases population realistically slightly, not double, triple nor quadruple.

    * To remove the mod just remove it from your mod folder.
