Base Map used: The Green Hills
This is something simple I was working on while I was away. I couldn't finish it until I got access to World Machine on my PC. The final name was actually an accident while typing a temporary name while saving the WM file (land and a river)

Put the .patch into the Pak folder of your Cities XL

Put the .patch into the mods folder of your Cities XXL
As normal, delete the trees in the water.
TIP: Right click the bulldozer thumbnail and move the slider up to increase the bulldozer size
