    or for Cities XL 2012 / Platinium
    Place the file . patch in your "mods" folder as shown below
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Cities XL(2012or platinium)\Paks\mods


    - This mod, allows the construction of smooth roads.
    Works only on the roads included in the original game

    I was having a difficult time making water roads/esplanade around my cities. This mod has saved me soo much time. Thank you so much for this. Please keep up the great work. I for one appreciate the time you put in for our benefit.
