    Welcome to the thread for discussing all things regarding the boundaries for our Alpha Centuari,
    whether you want to make one for your country or want to talk about some issues.
    We encourage all of you to join in for all the talkies we'll be doing so as to have the most
    out of all you players that are participating in CountriesXL. Just don't get a bit heated or disrespectful and
    everything should be fine. :)

    Well, it is called Federation of Western States, so I guess
    I get that both large islands in the north western part of the map...

    Besides rivers, the ridges of mountain ranges and lines of latitude and longitude usually are international borders. The mountains are already done and the lines shouldn't be a problem. Regarding rivers, I think we should define the bigger or main rivers of each region (like Danube, Rin, Nile, Volga, Tigris and Euphrates, just to name some real examples), although they don't necessarily have to be borders.

    I agree. Rivers sometimes marks borders but they're still numerous numbers of them inside the country.
    I haven't got responses yet from my teammates so I'm gonna decide in the meantime while they'll respond,
    I'd like to occupy a portion(whether small or big) from the westernmost peninsula of the main northern continent, I will
    be making a borders map which you guys can use to put your country's place in the map as well as suggesting
    the changes for the borders so we can simplify this process. Gonna post the map in a moment :)

    Hahaha, very nice polandball comic Kipate! But beware, I've claimed it first in the shoutbox and I've already
    planned on putting some missile system there to counter you if you ever plan to invade our land. :p

    On another note, I'm thinking of giving some land away to number 3, that place needs more temperate forest
    in my opinion and also some more future country borders might be be nice.

    So i am back in the game after a very busy weeks and a bit of vacation!

    We have a consensus with Pete and Veija about Marramar being 12! I double Pete's position about the conflict island between Fed 2 and us. We are interested.

    Me and Peter have already made a deal about that island being shared between your country and mine. :)
    Marramar will get the west and south of the island while Normany gets the east and north.
