im not going to rate this for now. first i think you need to start downloading mods and use them. playing with standard game items is really .. "standard". try using Realistic highway mod to create these routes. i think you need UIM as well.

    good luck buddy.

I have the RHM, which I plan to use when I do I-244. The actual highway 19 in Missouri is primarily a 2-lane undivided highway, except in Salem (where a portion of it has a center turn lane) and in Cuba, MO (where it is a TLA-5 for 1/4 mile to cross I-44). And as far as buildings go, I keep having this weird texture issue, which I brought up in the forums under "Huge Problem With Most Mods".

I just wanted to drop a comment and say I like the small town feel and that you should continue to develop and share your progress with the community. I noticed from your pictures that you seem to have taken them on a low resolution...maybe this is because you don't have a powerful computer, but just as a tip, if it is powerful enough, you can always turn the settings up really high for snapshots and then turn them back down. I'm 29 and somehow made this oversight for quite sometime. Cheers!

The problem there is that my laptop can only handle up to 1280x800 screen resolution, it's a 2006 model laptop. And I do have my graphics settings turned down a little bit from the highest, just because my computer tries to run hot with the graphics on full force, don't quite know why. I've got 1995mb video, and 2.8ghz dual core 64-bit processor, which will actually handle full force graphics no problem on CXL. It's just that my computer gets very hot on that setting, not enough ventilation I'm guessing, because I only have one fan.
