    Just made a freight airport in the eastern part of the city. This freight airport is the hub of airmail and express package delivery for Central Lognesia. (Lognesia is a country that is largely similar to China in my parallel world setting.) It is very similar to Shunfeng Airport in E'Zhou, Hubei, China but is smaller. It has a capacity of 1 million tons per year in 2030.

    Apart from freight, it has a passenger terminal. It mainly operates budget airlines and smaller planes.

    You have designed a neat airport.


    Control towers are "usually" built somewhere central, sometimes on top of a terminal, with some road access / dedicated entrance and at a point offering good views everywhere, especially the runways

    I 'd probably build it here:

    This spot does have some restricted views towards the other side of the passenger terminal and the freight area too, still it seems to me a logical spot considering the overall design and the view towards the runways
