    Can someone help me beacuse i downloaded some buidling mods and dependency mods but when i start the game there is no buidling that i downloaded and my game is Cities XXL

    ....and read the mod description. almost all modes have in the description where is located in the game menu

    Also, you can unlock all buildings in the option menu.
