Cities XXL Looking for remove boxed cars mod

Hey one more question. Do you know what mod lets me place things/build roads more finely? i had to make a clean install and I am having this issue where if i build a road close to another it tries to connect it, or buildings want to be placed next to each other, it doesnt let me be more fine in selection. thanks

 

hmmm. it doesnt work, but does not crash the game. any idea what it may be.

actually, it works for non collision. what i am looking for is that freedom for roads and collision buildings
