CXL 2012 Road Mod Problem

    Good day everyone, I download the street mod and installed all the necessary mods for the game to run the new mods. I can see the options for roads with pedestrian, bicycle and bus lanes but I am unable to draw a road when I select it. I am not sure if I am clicking the right controls or if there is a problem with the mod. Appreciate the help.
