New industrial estate buildings in the town

Well, I spent around 2 weeks and made a mod myself on 3ds Max 2012. Just inspired industrial estate buildings in my country where auto-repair shops, carpenter's shop etc are located on. I've tested my mod in XXL today and here is the result, hope you like it.
