Remaking City of Southcliffe

Hi y'all, haven't played this for some time, my 2 year city that I had worked on crashed, and was unsolvable. After a year of not playing I decided to remake it as I really loved the coastal area I created - anything else I had attempted just didn't fit with me. Anyway, 10 days in, progress so far.
