1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.

    hello I would like to know if you can convert the crp files of cities skylines in patch files to be able to use the mods in cities xxl thanks

    I don't think that is possible. You would need to have access to the original model files to be able to save them for use in XXL
