    I hate to be a request burden, but can we get some non-California houses? Your house looks great, and I will definitely use it, but so many of the Executive and Elite houses in-game look like California mansions. Can we get some that do not look like that, like these:

    Yes, I am :) I dont`t have much time for modding lately. So not much happened: I finished a re-couloured version of the mod. And I started texturing the second mod. Here are some pictures. By the way: Both of them are inspired by the suburban-style in Los Angeles - I did some google-maps research :)

    Those look nice! I have seen houses similar enough to those in my general area (without the palm trees, though). The palm trees look cool, though.
