Another beautiful non-standard shaped building. I love the 2% citizen's satisfaction rating, well worth the cost. I did find it's tough to place, it doesn't seem to fit along roads except in the top right corner and only if I rotate it correctly. You might want to double check building placement to make it easier to place anywhere without getting a not connected to town hall error message.

Beautiful. This will actually go with Monty's auditorium that just came out. I can see a 'modern' area of a university having this building.
