    Hello!

    It is a low rise building (~50 m high), it is a furniture which means that roadways can be laid down inside the building and you can enter them without "jumping" to the top of the building. In fact this is a bit more complex than previous low rise Cirkas, two roadways enter the building at the bottom with a junction inside and a third road can also be constructed at higher levels. The lower part of the building is quite detailed with a lot of individual textures, so the .patch file is a bit heavy - couldn't make it smaller.

    These futuristic buildings look cool. I would install them, but my game loads slow enough already.
