Wow, another beautiful building by fayeddd that was started by Monty. Very useful too for satisfaction. However this is the second one of these in the past week by fayeddd that help Leisure which already has too much help. What's really needed are buildings like this that help Fire, Health and Police satisfaction as these services are poorly served. I'd say the Leisure bonus is too much, maybe 15% max since there are so many to choose from. Same with the beautiful mosque just done by fayeddd.
