It works as a residential t2 for elite

and a holiday hotel t2 for rich

The buildings are overwater placeable and have a 30*40 base size. They can be used as corner buildings and as the middle w2w buildings.

love the building and the details, but (as others) I encounter the same problem with it. It is just not there... and believe me when I say that I have tried everything. i have downloaded at least half the patches but this one just doesn´t work (I have Cities XL 2012)

  As you can see on the screens above and the screens on the discussion tab the buldings are there.
  Did you try to unlock all buildings in menu cheat?
  Probably you donwload too much content.
  Probably it is not work with CXL 2012, I've cheked it in CXL Platinum.

These buildings are great as corner buildings for the other Russian buildings you created. However, it's not seen in CXL Platinum. I unlocked everyting, tried over water, custom content, etc, everything. But these two buildings do not appear. Is it me the only one facing this problem?

  Wich version of Game are u plaing to?
  Are u cheked that u use a custom button for residential, and a regular menu for the hotel?
