    Actually there is no google street in Iran, so I can not check it is right or wrong. But I believe it is right because I search this photo, I found some pics of Iran look like this place.
    But, there is snow in Iran :?

    Yeah you're right, it's Tehran, Iran.
    There is snow in some places of Iran, Tehran is (also) known for its skiing facilities :)
    Temperatures could be as low as -5 C in January

    Yes. Actually I was looking for the place indicating a UK city with a hill (Arthur's seat in this case). Then a special windowed structure drew my attention. And I also learned from Wiki that the Holyrood on the left is also a famous spot. So I took the welfare here:p
