    Idk if this has been said. I like the length going across two "lots" but don't you think the length detracts from fitting in with the Spanish pack? Not entirely, just a bit, in my opinion. I do love the length, but also don't see them as just southwestern. Pretty much across all of america, outside of central areas, business streets are lined with these buildings. A+

    @metrocity345: I don`t own CXXL, so I have no intentions to convert them for now - how egoistic :D
    @Kurtis Edwards: Yes, maybe. But my mods are no longer intended to fit the spanish pack anyways. It`s just an american downtown pack - with some southwestern style influences ;) The cinema for example is influenced by the "Lobo-Theater" in Albuquerque, NM on the famous Route 66.

    Yeah, I do love these mods. I used the couple you have in XL before switching to XXL. I gotcha on the spanish/southwestern style. These building are just awesome American main st. fillers.. which I think we desperately need for realism.

    @AlexJq: I think so too. They are all office buildings. There will be some retail mods later on.
    @Steven H. Endermann: A gun shop is a nice idea. Do you have any textures on hand?

    Gunshop is nice idea... as some other ventures like Fishing, grocery, library, antiques, shoes & clothes... and any kind of small retail you find in cities.

    If i would have your skills... i would create a collection with only a few individual buildings (or use some you already modded) and propose different retextures... that would simplify a lot your work and be less time consuming... and bring a lot of diversity to the cities!

    But we'll be happy with anything you propose!
