well, i really like how your first mod finally turned out :) and you added the lods and reduced triangle count a lot, thats absolutely commendable. yeah, some things can be improved for sure, but i bet you will do even better with your (hopefully) next one. I guess you deserve 5stars for your hard work. keep it up

Amazing work for your first mod! Great choice of building, too. Modeling and texturing are great; the only thing I think could be much improved is the nightlighting. That said, I very much look forward to seeing more of your work! :)
