Hi and a happy 2k15 to you all.

Here are some shots of the downtown and financial district of the latest city I'm on. You won't see much cars in the street as the city is largely under construction.
I focus on building and decorating it one element at a time, trying to get a smooth overall feeling so I don't really keep my eye on economics and an awfully unbalanced employment ratio for now..
Let me know how you like it (or not) and how to improve!

Unfortunately, I guess those pictures will be the first and last ones as the city crashed two weeks ago... I'm trying to find a way to get it back cause that feels so frustrating.. Anyway, I guess nothing stays forever! By the way, I don't know the first thing about Photoshop so I lazily used instag*** filters to get this done... Hope to be back soon!

 

Oh that's a pity I hope you'll get it back! And the fact you made it with Instagram filters makes it even better - I couldn't perform a better job myself!

Here's the CBD for my 2 year long project city: Eastwood City (population 7 million). Once a port and industrial town, the city now thrives on commerce and finance, a central hub for the global economy. Here's a few screen shots of down town Eastwood City.

To show the change in the city over the last 7 decades. Here is a photo of Eastwood Square, facing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, from back in the 30's compared to a photo taken in January of this year.
