    Yes, I like this building. The original model was made by Rick B.
    I thinks he is a great designer. He made some interesting modern buildings. My next project could comes from his production.

    It would be amazing if your next project would be some small and ordinary market building. I am fed up with the in-game mini market. A little bit variety would be great!

    I don't forget the grocery ;). I started to work on a model based on the Costcutter store. The original model is full of flaws and inconsistencies.

    This house is a real model of a famous and premium french developer. I keep some plans that I printed several years ago. So, I could do other mods of this style in the future.
