    My My. When I look at those shadows, they seem to be pointing right towards east. I guessed that the city was currently near the closest point from the sun so didn't think about Santiago....

    but it is agglomeration with one bigger city, and they together have more than 2.000.000
    (like St.Paul and Minneapolis in USA)

    You are really close but Pančevo isnt metropolitan area with Belgrade its a whole separate city, but this has become like a suburb of one larger city but it is still municipalitiy
