    Well, the tower on the left is part of a building that took 761 years to finish. Maybe that helps.

    Is it the UK? lol. I couldn't see the wheels inside the cars (tho the mirror inside the car is facing the "wrong side". The rear license plates look very pale instead of bright yellow, the vauxhall badge on that opel made me doubt too.
