    France does not have too many cities with over 100,000 people,
    and some you can exclude ;)

    It would sure be Nice if I could guess correctly, especially if the city was Strasbourg, but I would be Lyon if I said I would be disappointed if someone else guessed correctly. However, half of the buildings in Cities XL were modeled after real life buildings in France so it might be possible to look up the info on the city halls.
