    Click on the Download Now button up the top right of the page. Most of the time you will download a patch file.
    Here it says it's a 2.1mb rar file. When you download it just unzip it.

    Unzip the rar file and place the patch files in your paks folder. You will find these with the other in-game maps.

    They're in the map selection screen with the normal game maps.

    exactly in game?
