Maps Tropical Maps

    Are there maps where the default terrain/physical features are tropical? Example, the trees will be palm and coconut trees?

    You can search for such maps!
    Click on XLEX in the menu bar, then on
    Maps in the left upcoming menu...
    There you got a bunch of maps.

    Dormant Volcano, for example...
    You will in most cases not be able to have
    palm trees, as the game engine randonly assigns
    the UIM map a terrain feature, which will most likely
    end up with having pine trees or other North American, European like
    trees. If you really want palms, you will need to add them with some plaza mods.

    Thanks kipate, got it! But I was hoping there's some kind of map like that where the default trees are palms. Anyway, it's okay..not really a big deal.

    Have a look in the XLEX for Funky's island maps. Most of those have palm trees. I made a few of my maps based on the map "The Beach" so they have palm trees.
