Landmark Montjuïc Communications Tower 2014-08-23

My second mod for CXL is a 136 mts high antenna tower. the real one is on the top of Montjuïc mountain, in Barcelona (Catalonia), Spain. It was designed by Santiago Calatrava, also know for many other projects like the Turning Torso (Malmö) and the City of Arts and Science (Valencia) Builted in 1992 to broadcast the Summer Olympic Games. The tower is also called Calatrava Tower or Telefónica Tower. The it's base is covered with trencadís, the famous Gaudí's mosaic technique (broken tile shards).

Notes:

It will boost your high tech industry by 15% (The game menu description says 40% but I can't change that text, the correct percent appears in the icon)

Small collision box, you can place plazas around it.

Doesn't need road connection. It can be placed in a mountain top or in the middle of a huge park/forest without problems.

Its base structure goes 25 mts underground for a better looking in slopes, but a nice flat terrain is recommended.
